What you are buying

Fold Email Studio is operated by Strategy Crate. The price is $29 USD for one email export, paid once through Stripe. There is no subscription. Building, editing, and viewing the browser preview are free. Public AI writing is limited to up to three drafts per browser per day and may be temporarily unavailable.

Your purchase unlocks the exact draft approved at checkout as six files: email.html, source.mjml, copy.txt, brief.json, review.json, and READ-ME.txt. The three layout choices are Editorial, Bold, and Minimal. AI assists with copy; it does not provide bespoke layout development or human design services.

This is a custom HTML package for you to import into your email platform. Fold does not send campaigns, manage recipients, verify real inbox rendering, verify your platform import, or create a native drag-and-drop template. Review the facts, links, images, sender address, and unsubscribe setup, and test in your sending platform before use. Browser previews and automated draft checks do not establish inbox compatibility or legal compliance.

Your private order link provides download access for 30 days after purchase. Save the files during that window. Fold does not automatically email the package. Anyone with the private link can open the order; keep it private. If you lose it, contact support with your Stripe receipt or checkout email so the purchase can be verified.

You may use the exported email commercially. You are responsible for having the rights to the copy, images, logos, and other inputs you provide. Review AI-generated text before using it. Fold does not promise exclusivity, campaign performance, sales, conversions, or return on advertising spend.

Technical refunds

If a technical fault prevents access to the paid files or the package is broken, request a refund within seven days of purchase by emailing iamgeorgekelly@gmail.com with your receipt or checkout email and a description of the fault. Support will inspect the problem and arrange a repair, replacement download, or refund as appropriate.

A change of mind, wording you approved in the preview, unavailable third-party images, campaign results, or an email platform’s unsupported import method does not qualify as a technical package fault. Download access closes after a refund. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law gives you.

How your data is used

Your brief contains the brand details, message, links, hosted image URLs, and sender address you enter. Fold processes this information to build and display your email. When you use AI writing, the message and approved campaign facts are sent to OpenAI to draft copy. Do not enter recipient lists, passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information in the brief.

The approved draft and order record are stored to complete checkout, confirm payment, deliver the purchased files, and support recovery. Paid draft files remain available for 30 days; after that, download access expires. The minimum payment and support records needed for accounting, disputes, and legal obligations may be retained separately from the email package.

Stripe handles payment information and provides payment status, receipt information, and the checkout email used for purchase support. Fold does not receive or store your full card number. Our hosting, storage, payment, and AI providers process information needed to operate the service.

If you arrive through a campaign or another service, Fold keeps short public campaign identifiers and the referring service and placement in separate records. These records are stored in this browser’s session storage and alongside the saved draft and order; they are not added to your email export. Optional service links send only Fold’s service name and the link placement. They do not pass your brief, email address, private order link or payment details to another site, and no cross-site tracking pixel is added.

A session cookie connects drafts and usage limits to this browser. If you choose “Save brand on this device,” your brand details are kept in your browser’s local storage. Private order links are also saved on this device when checkout starts or an order is opened, so “My download” can help you return. Clearing browser storage removes those local records; it does not delete the server’s purchase record.

Private order links grant access to an order without a login. Do not share them publicly. We use operational logs to investigate errors and protect the service. Fold does not sell your campaign brief or use it as a public customer example. Contact iamgeorgekelly@gmail.com for a data or privacy request; we may need to verify the purchase before acting.
